To help keep RanchFire safe, enjoyable, and running smoothly, all guests must follow these rules and the instructions of RanchFire staff, security, law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders.

• RanchFire Festival is 21+ only. 
• Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID. 
• No children, minors, or infants will be admitted. 
• A valid festival admission ticket is required for entry. 
• Parking and camping passes do not include festival admission. 
• Wristbands, credentials, and passes must be worn or displayed as directed and may not be transferred. 

• All guests and belongings are subject to reasonable security screening. 
• RanchFire reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who violates festival rules or creates a safety concern. 
• Guests removed for misconduct may not be permitted to return. 
• Re-entry procedures will be posted before the festival. 

• No outside food or beverages may be brought into the Vendor/Event area. 
• Food, nonalcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from approved festival vendors and bars. 
• Guests may not bring their own alcohol into the Vendor/Event area. 
• Festival bars may serve beverages in bottles, cans, cups, or other approved containers. 
• Guests may not bring outside glass containers into the Vendor/Event area. 
• Camping areas will have separate food, beverage, cooler, and alcohol rules. 

• Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by guests 21 years of age or older. 
• Valid ID may be required when purchasing alcohol. 
• Alcohol may only be purchased from authorized RanchFire alcohol vendors. 
• Sharing alcohol with anyone who cannot legally possess it is prohibited. 
• Disorderly intoxication, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in removal. 
• Alcohol service may be refused at the discretion of bartenders, security, or festival management. 

For the safety of guests, artists, vendors, staff, and ranch animals:

• No firearms are permitted anywhere on RanchFire Festival property. 
• No knives are permitted anywhere on RanchFire Festival property. 
• This applies to the festival grounds, Vendor/Event area, parking areas, tent camping, and RV camping. 
• Other weapons or objects determined by festival management to present a safety risk are also prohibited. 

• Guests may bring a folding chair or camp chair into the festival area. 
• Chairs must remain out of aisles, emergency routes, production areas, and other restricted locations. 
• Festival staff may require chairs to be moved when necessary for safety or crowd flow. 
• Umbrellas and or tents are not permitted inside the festival area. 

RanchFire is a relaxed country and Southern rock festival, but appropriate public attire is required.

• Western wear, boots, hats, festival clothing, costumes, and tasteful body paint are welcome. 
• Topless attendance is not permitted in the public Vendor/Event area. 
• Clothing or body paint containing threatening, excessively graphic, unlawful, or disruptive material may be prohibited. 
• Footwear is strongly recommended because RanchFire takes place on natural ranch terrain. 

Two Worlds Ranch is a working ranch with livestock and guardian animals.

For the health and safety of the ranch animals:

• No outside animals are permitted anywhere on the property. 
• This includes pets and other animals brought by guests. 
• The restriction applies to: 
  • Festival grounds 
  • Vendor/Event area 
  • Parking areas 
  • Tent camping 
  • RV camping 

Guests should not bring pets or other animals to RanchFire Festival or the campgrounds.

RanchFire takes place on an active working ranch.

Guests should expect:

• Grass 
• Dirt 
• Uneven terrain 
• Agricultural fencing 
• Ranch equipment 
• Livestock areas 
• Natural ground conditions 
• Changing weather conditions 

Guests may not:

• Enter fenced livestock areas 
• Feed ranch animals 
• Touch, chase, harass, or disturb livestock 
• Enter restricted ranch areas 
• Climb fences 
• Enter residential, production, equipment, backstage, or other restricted areas 

The following are prohibited in the Vendor/Event area and, where noted, throughout RanchFire property:

• Firearms 
• Knives 
• Other weapons 
• Outside food 
• Outside beverages 
• Outside alcohol 
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances 
• Drug paraphernalia 
• Fireworks 
• Explosives 
• Incendiary devices 
• Guest-supplied glass containers 
• Umbrellas 
• Unauthorized drones 
• Laser pointers 
• Air horns or disruptive noise devices 
• Professional audio or video equipment without authorization 
• Counterfeit or illegal merchandise 
• Items that may endanger guests, performers, staff, animals, or property 

Festival management may prohibit additional items when reasonably necessary for safety.

• Personal cell-phone photography is generally permitted. 
• Professional photography, commercial video, livestreaming, or commercial recording requires prior approval. 
• Some artists restrict or prohibit audio or video recording of their performances. 
• Guests must follow instructions from stage security and festival staff regarding photography and recording. 
• RanchFire may photograph or record festival activities for promotional and operational purposes. 

• Restroom facilities will be available in designated festival and camping areas. 
• There are no public shower facilities planned for RanchFire camping. 
• Campers should plan accordingly. 

• Guests must park only in designated areas as directed by parking staff. 
• No parking is permitted on public roads or unauthorized neighboring property. 
• Parking passes are sold separately from festival admission. 
• Unauthorized vehicle movement through pedestrian or festival areas is prohibited. 
• Emergency and production access lanes must remain clear at all times. 
• Vehicles parked in restricted areas, emergency lanes, production areas, or unauthorized locations may be subject to removal. 

• Designated accessible parking will be available. 
• ADA transportation assistance using golf carts is planned between designated areas where terrain and operations allow. 
• Guests needing assistance should notify festival staff upon arrival. 
• Accessible routes must remain clear at all times. 

• Smoking and vaping may be restricted to designated areas. 
• No unauthorized open flames are permitted in the Vendor/Event area. 
• No fireworks are permitted. 
• No unauthorized fire pits, grills, torches, or cooking equipment are permitted in the Vendor/Event area. 
• Approved food vendors may operate cooking equipment in accordance with festival and fire-safety requirements. 
• Camping fire and cooking rules will be addressed separately. 

RanchFire is intended to be a fun and welcoming environment.

The following may result in immediate removal from the property:

• Fighting 
• Threats 
• Harassment 
• Unwanted physical contact 
• Destruction of property 
• Entering restricted areas 
• Throwing objects 
• Interfering with artists or production 
• Harassing ranch animals 
• Dangerous or disruptive intoxication 
• Refusing reasonable instructions from festival staff, security, or emergency personnel 
• Behavior that creates a safety risk for others 

Removal for violation of festival rules may occur without refund.

RanchFire is an outdoor ranch festival.

Festival operations may continue during ordinary weather conditions, including rain. However, performances, parking, camping access, or other activities may be delayed, paused, relocated, modified, or canceled when conditions create a safety concern.

Guests must immediately follow instructions from RanchFire management, security, production staff, law enforcement, fire officials, or emergency personnel.

• Guests needing medical assistance should immediately notify festival staff, security, or emergency personnel. 
• Emergency lanes and access routes must remain clear at all times. 
• Guests should not interfere with emergency operations. 

• Backstage, stage, production, dressing-room, artist-bus, and technical areas are restricted. 
• Only properly credentialed individuals may enter these areas. 
• Meet-and-greet access does not automatically include backstage access unless specifically stated. 
• Guests may not interfere with artist vehicles, equipment, or personnel. 

• Only approved RanchFire vendors may sell food, beverages, merchandise, or services on festival property. 
• Unauthorized vending, solicitation, promotion, product sampling, or distribution is prohibited. 
• Guests should purchase food, drinks, and merchandise only from authorized vendors. 

Tent and RV camping are subject to separate RanchFire Camping Rules covering:

• Arrival and load-in

• Food and beverages 
• Alcohol

• Generators

All camping guests are responsible for reviewing and following the camping rules in addition to these general festival rules.

RanchFire Festival management reserves the right to modify operational or safety rules when reasonably necessary due to weather, permitting, emergency conditions, artist requirements, law-enforcement direction, property conditions, crowd safety, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the festival.

Failure to follow RanchFire Festival rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

RanchFire camping is designed to give festival guests the opportunity to stay on-site for the weekend while protecting Two Worlds Ranch, our livestock, neighboring properties, and fellow campers.

All campground guests must follow these rules, the general RanchFire Festival Rules, and the instructions of RanchFire staff, security, law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders.

• RanchFire Festival and all campground areas are 21+ only. 
• Every camper must have a valid government-issued photo ID. 
• Every person staying in the campground must also have a valid RanchFire Festival admission ticket. 
• Camping passes do not include festival admission. 
• Camping is permitted only within an assigned RV or tent campsite. 
• Camping passes, wristbands, and credentials may not be transferred without authorization. 

Each standard tent camping site measures:

Each standard tent campsite includes space for:

• One vehicle 
• One standard tent 
• Up to 4 registered campers 
• Normal campsite items such as chairs, coolers, and a small canopy 

All tents, vehicles, canopies, chairs, coolers, stakes, guy lines, and personal belongings must remain completely within the assigned 20' × 30' campsite.

Campers may not extend their setup into:

• Neighboring campsites 
• Campground roads 
• Fire lanes 
• Emergency access routes 
• Pedestrian paths 
• Restricted ranch areas 

Larger tents, multiple tents, oversized vehicles, or setups that cannot fit safely inside one 20' × 30' campsite may require the purchase of an additional campsite, subject to availability and RanchFire approval.

Each standard RV camping site measures:

A standard RV site may accommodate one:

• Motorhome 
• Travel trailer 
• Fifth wheel 
• Pop-up camper 
• Camper van 

Maximum RV or camper length is 40 feet, measured from the front hitch or bumper to the rearmost point.

The RV, tow vehicle where permitted, slide-outs, awnings, chairs, equipment, and all other campsite items must remain completely within the assigned 25' × 60' space.

Larger RVs or camping setups requiring more than one standard space may be required to purchase two RV sites, subject to availability and prior approval.

Nothing may extend into campground roads, fire lanes, pedestrian routes, neighboring sites, or emergency access areas.

RanchFire RV camping is dry camping.

Campers should arrive prepared to be self-contained.

There are no guaranteed:

• Electrical hookups 
• Water hookups 
• Sewer hookups 
• Dump stations 
• Cable connections 
• Internet connections 

• All campers must check in before entering the campground. 
• Follow the designated campground entrance and traffic route. 
• Campsites will be assigned or directed by RanchFire staff. 
• Do not enter through closed gates, vendor entrances, production entrances, or restricted ranch areas. 
• Campers must follow all instructions from campground and parking staff. 
• Arrive with enough time to safely park and set up your campsite before vehicle movement is restricted. 

Once campground operations are active, vehicle movement may be limited for pedestrian safety.

• Drive at walking speed throughout campground areas. 
• Follow all staff directions. 
• Do not drive through another campsite. 
• Do not block campground roads, gates, fire lanes, emergency access, or pedestrian routes. 
• Vehicles may not enter the Vendor/Event area. 
• RanchFire management may temporarily stop vehicle movement because of pedestrian traffic, festival operations, weather, or emergencies. 

Campers may bring their own food and beverages for use at their campsite.

Coolers are permitted within the campground.

However:

Food, nonalcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from authorized RanchFire vendors and bars inside the festival area.

Because RanchFire is a 21+ event, campers may possess alcoholic beverages for personal consumption within their assigned campsite, subject to applicable law.

• Personal alcohol must remain in the campground. 
• Do not carry personal alcohol into the Vendor/Event area. 
• Alcohol may not be sold or distributed by campers. 
• Disorderly intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in removal. 
• Guests remain responsible for their conduct at all times. 

Campers are strongly encouraged to avoid glass containers whenever possible.

• No outside glass containers may be taken into the Vendor/Event area. 
• Broken glass must be cleaned up immediately. 
• Never leave glass, bottle fragments, or other sharp objects on the ranch. 

Restroom facilities will be available in designated campground areas.

Campers should plan accordingly.

For the safety of guests, staff, artists, vendors, and ranch animals:

This prohibition includes:

• Festival grounds 
• Campgrounds 
• RVs 
• Tents 
• Vehicles 
• Parking areas 

Other weapons or items determined by festival management to present a safety risk are also prohibited.

Two Worlds Ranch is an active working ranch with livestock and guardian animals.

For the health and safety of the ranch animals:

Guests may not bring:

• Dogs 
• Cats 
• Horses 
• Livestock 
• Pets 
• Emotional-support animals 
• Other personally owned animals 

Do not bring an animal with the intention of leaving it inside an RV, camper, tent, or vehicle.

Campers may see or hear livestock and guardian animals during their stay.

Guests may not:

• Feed ranch animals 
• Touch ranch animals 
• Chase or harass livestock 
• Call animals into the campground 
• Enter livestock enclosures 
• Open ranch gates 
• Climb fences 
• Interfere with fencing 

If a ranch gate is closed, leave it closed.

Normal camping equipment is permitted within your assigned campsite, including:

• Folding chairs 
• Camp chairs 
• Tables 
• Small shade canopies 
• Coolers 
• Normal camping equipment 

All equipment must remain completely within the campsite and must be properly secured.

Umbrellas are not permitted inside the main Vendor/Event area.

Generators are permitted in the campground when operated safely and responsibly.

• Generators must be in safe operating condition. 
• Exhaust must point away from tents, RV openings, neighboring campsites, and pedestrian areas. 
• Never operate a generator inside a tent, enclosed vehicle, enclosed trailer, or enclosed portion of an RV. 
• Fuel must be stored in approved containers. 
• Never refuel a hot or running generator. 
• Excessively loud generators may be restricted during quiet hours. 
• RanchFire staff may require a generator to be shut down if it creates a safety hazard or unreasonable disturbance. 

Campers may use normal outdoor cooking equipment when operated safely.

• Cooking equipment must be intended for outdoor use. 
• Never leave cooking equipment unattended. 
• Keep grills and cooking equipment away from tents, vehicles, fencing, and dry grass. 
• Campers using cooking equipment should have an appropriate fire extinguisher available. 
• Do not dump hot charcoal or ashes onto the ground. 

The following are prohibited:

• Fireworks 
• Sky lanterns 
• Bonfires 
• Uncontrolled open fires 

RanchFire management or fire officials may prohibit grills or open-flame cooking if weather or fire conditions make their use unsafe.

Campers are expected to be respectful of neighboring campsites.

During designated quiet hours:

• Keep music at a reasonable level. 
• No loud amplified music. 
• Avoid excessive yelling or disruptive activity. 
• Generators may be restricted if they become disruptive. 

Festival staff may require noise to be reduced at any time.

This includes:

• Black water 
• Gray water 
• Sewage 
• Portable toilet contents 
• Sink water 
• Shower wastewater 
• Chemicals 
• Oils 
• Fuel 
• Grease 
• Contaminated water 
• Any other waste from an RV, camper, vehicle, or campsite 

RV holding tanks must remain closed while on the property.

The responsible camper may also be charged for any additional:

• Pumping 
• Disposal 
• Environmental cleanup 
• Remediation 
• Property repair 
• Labor 
• Equipment 
• Other costs resulting from the dumping 

Campers are responsible for maintaining their campsite and completely cleaning it before departure.

All trash must be removed from the campsite or placed in designated trash receptacles.

Do not leave behind:

• Food waste 
• Bottles 
• Cans 
• Bottle caps 
• Cigarette or cigar butts 
• Tent stakes 
• Zip ties 
• Rope 
• Charcoal 
• Broken equipment 
• Tents 
• Canopies 
• Chairs 
• Grills 
• Coolers 
• Mattresses 
• Furniture 
• Vehicle parts 
• Any other trash or abandoned property 

If additional disposal, labor, equipment, property repair, or special handling is required, those additional costs may also be charged to the responsible camper.

Before leaving, your campsite must be completely cleared of all trash, equipment, wastewater, and debris.

Smoking and vaping must be done responsibly.

• Never discard cigarette or cigar butts on the ground. 
• Completely extinguish smoking materials. 
• Smoking may be prohibited in certain areas because of livestock, fuel, dry conditions, or fire risk. 

Two Worlds Ranch is not a paved commercial campground.

It is an active working ranch.

Campers should expect:

• Grass 
• Dirt 
• Uneven ground 
• Agricultural fencing 
• Ranch equipment 
• Insects 
• Livestock areas 
• Natural terrain 
• Mud after rain 
• Changing ground conditions 

Appropriate footwear, flashlights, and normal outdoor camping equipment are strongly recommended.

Camping takes place outdoors.

Campers should be prepared for changing Florida weather, including:

• Rain 
• Wind 
• Mud 
• Cool nighttime temperatures 
• Changing ground conditions 

Tents, awnings, and canopies must be properly secured.

If severe weather occurs, campers must immediately follow instructions from RanchFire staff, security, law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders.

Campers may not enter:

• Residential areas 
• House or pool areas 
• Livestock enclosures 
• Restricted barn areas 
• Artist areas 
• Backstage 
• Stage areas 
• Production areas 
• Staff areas 
• Vendor service areas 
• Equipment storage areas 
• Any area marked Restricted, Staff Only, No Entry, or otherwise closed 

The following may result in immediate removal:

• Fighting 
• Threatening behavior 
• Harassment 
• Unwanted physical contact 
• Dangerous or excessive intoxication 
• Destruction of property 
• Entering another camper's campsite without permission 
• Entering restricted areas 
• Throwing objects 
• Harassing livestock 
• Interfering with ranch operations 
• Refusing reasonable instructions from RanchFire staff or security 
• Behavior creating a danger to yourself or others 

Serious violations may result in removal from the property without refund.

Campers are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

Do not leave valuables unattended.

RanchFire Festival and Two Worlds Ranch are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, abandoned, or weather-damaged personal property except where otherwise required by law.

All campers must leave by the campground checkout time established by RanchFire management.

Before leaving:

• Remove all trash. 
• Remove all camping equipment. 
• Check the ground for stakes, ropes, zip ties, bottle caps, cans, and debris. 
• Make sure no wastewater or sewage has been released. 
• Follow the designated exit route. 
• Follow campground staff directions. 

Do not attempt to exit through restricted ranch gates or neighboring properties.

RanchFire Festival management reserves the right to modify campground operations or safety requirements when reasonably necessary due to weather, fire conditions, permitting requirements, emergencies, property conditions, law-enforcement direction, livestock safety, or festival operations.

Failure to follow RanchFire Festival or campground rules may result in removal from the property without refund. Cleanup, damage, disposal, remediation, or other applicable charges may be assessed when a guest causes additional expense to Two Worlds Ranch or RanchFire Festival.
