To help keep RanchFire safe, enjoyable, and running smoothly, all guests must follow these rules and the instructions of RanchFire staff, security, law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders.
For the safety of guests, artists, vendors, staff, and ranch animals:
RanchFire is a relaxed country and Southern rock festival, but appropriate public attire is required.
Two Worlds Ranch is a working ranch with livestock and guardian animals.
For the health and safety of the ranch animals:
Guests should not bring pets or other animals to RanchFire Festival or the campgrounds.
RanchFire takes place on an active working ranch.

The following are prohibited in the Vendor/Event area and, where noted, throughout RanchFire property:
Festival management may prohibit additional items when reasonably necessary for safety.
RanchFire is intended to be a fun and welcoming environment.
The following may result in immediate removal from the property:
Removal for violation of festival rules may occur without refund.
RanchFire is an outdoor ranch festival.
Festival operations may continue during ordinary weather conditions, including rain. However, performances, parking, camping access, or other activities may be delayed, paused, relocated, modified, or canceled when conditions create a safety concern.
Guests must immediately follow instructions from RanchFire management, security, production staff, law enforcement, fire officials, or emergency personnel.
Tent and RV camping are subject to separate RanchFire Camping Rules covering:
All camping guests are responsible for reviewing and following the camping rules in addition to these general festival rules.
RanchFire Festival management reserves the right to modify operational or safety rules when reasonably necessary due to weather, permitting, emergency conditions, artist requirements, law-enforcement direction, property conditions, crowd safety, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the festival.
Failure to follow RanchFire Festival rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

RanchFire camping is designed to give festival guests the opportunity to stay on-site for the weekend while protecting Two Worlds Ranch, our livestock, neighboring properties, and fellow campers.
All campground guests must follow these rules, the general RanchFire Festival Rules, and the instructions of RanchFire staff, security, law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders.
Each standard tent camping site measures:
Each standard tent campsite includes space for:
All tents, vehicles, canopies, chairs, coolers, stakes, guy lines, and personal belongings must remain completely within the assigned 20' × 30' campsite.
Campers may not extend their setup into:
Larger tents, multiple tents, oversized vehicles, or setups that cannot fit safely inside one 20' × 30' campsite may require the purchase of an additional campsite, subject to availability and RanchFire approval.
Each standard RV camping site measures:
A standard RV site may accommodate one:
Maximum RV or camper length is 40 feet, measured from the front hitch or bumper to the rearmost point.
The RV, tow vehicle where permitted, slide-outs, awnings, chairs, equipment, and all other campsite items must remain completely within the assigned 25' × 60' space.
Larger RVs or camping setups requiring more than one standard space may be required to purchase two RV sites, subject to availability and prior approval.
Nothing may extend into campground roads, fire lanes, pedestrian routes, neighboring sites, or emergency access areas.
RanchFire RV camping is dry camping.
Campers should arrive prepared to be self-contained.
There are no guaranteed:
Once campground operations are active, vehicle movement may be limited for pedestrian safety.
Campers may bring their own food and beverages for use at their campsite.
Coolers are permitted within the campground.
However:
Food, nonalcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from authorized RanchFire vendors and bars inside the festival area.
Because RanchFire is a 21+ event, campers may possess alcoholic beverages for personal consumption within their assigned campsite, subject to applicable law.
Campers are strongly encouraged to avoid glass containers whenever possible.
Restroom facilities will be available in designated campground areas.
Campers should plan accordingly.
For the safety of guests, staff, artists, vendors, and ranch animals:

Do not bring an animal with the intention of leaving it inside an RV, camper, tent, or vehicle.
Campers may see or hear livestock and guardian animals during their stay.
Guests may not:
If a ranch gate is closed, leave it closed.
Normal camping equipment is permitted within your assigned campsite, including:
All equipment must remain completely within the campsite and must be properly secured.
Umbrellas are not permitted inside the main Vendor/Event area.
Generators are permitted in the campground when operated safely and responsibly.
Campers may use normal outdoor cooking equipment when operated safely.
The following are prohibited:
RanchFire management or fire officials may prohibit grills or open-flame cooking if weather or fire conditions make their use unsafe.
Campers are expected to be respectful of neighboring campsites.
During designated quiet hours:
Festival staff may require noise to be reduced at any time.
This includes:
RV holding tanks must remain closed while on the property.
The responsible camper may also be charged for any additional:
Campers are responsible for maintaining their campsite and completely cleaning it before departure.
All trash must be removed from the campsite or placed in designated trash receptacles.
Do not leave behind:
If additional disposal, labor, equipment, property repair, or special handling is required, those additional costs may also be charged to the responsible camper.
Before leaving, your campsite must be completely cleared of all trash, equipment, wastewater, and debris.
Smoking and vaping must be done responsibly.
Two Worlds Ranch is not a paved commercial campground.
It is an active working ranch.
Campers should expect:
Appropriate footwear, flashlights, and normal outdoor camping equipment are strongly recommended.
Camping takes place outdoors.
Campers should be prepared for changing Florida weather, including:
Tents, awnings, and canopies must be properly secured.
If severe weather occurs, campers must immediately follow instructions from RanchFire staff, security, law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders.
Campers may not enter:
The following may result in immediate removal:
Serious violations may result in removal from the property without refund.
Campers are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
Do not leave valuables unattended.
RanchFire Festival and Two Worlds Ranch are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, abandoned, or weather-damaged personal property except where otherwise required by law.
All campers must leave by the campground checkout time established by RanchFire management.
Before leaving:
Do not attempt to exit through restricted ranch gates or neighboring properties.

RanchFire Festival management reserves the right to modify campground operations or safety requirements when reasonably necessary due to weather, fire conditions, permitting requirements, emergencies, property conditions, law-enforcement direction, livestock safety, or festival operations.
Failure to follow RanchFire Festival or campground rules may result in removal from the property without refund. Cleanup, damage, disposal, remediation, or other applicable charges may be assessed when a guest causes additional expense to Two Worlds Ranch or RanchFire Festival.
