RanchFire is being held on private ranch property, and on-site parking is required for guests arriving by vehicle. Parking passes are sold separately from festival admission. A designated accessible parking area will be available near the festival access route. ADA transportation assistance using golf carts is also being incorporated into the festival plan. Guests needing assistance should notify festival staff upon arrival.
Want to stay at the ranch for the weekend? RanchFire offers a limited number of tent camping spaces.
Tent camping is sold separately from festival admission. Each registered camper must also possess a valid RanchFire admission ticket. Camping capacity is limited, and camping passes are expected to sell faster than general admission.
Limited RV dry camping is available for the RanchFire weekend.
RV sites can accommodate:
Maximum RV/camper length is generally 40 feet, measured from the front hitch or bumper to the rearmost point. Slide-outs and awnings must remain within your assigned camping area. Maximum occupancy is six registered campers per RV site. Every camper must have a valid festival admission ticket.
RanchFire RV camping does not include hookups. Guests should arrive prepared to operate independently.
Friday, December 4 is primarily an operational and setup day. Approved Founders/VIP guests may begin campground arrival at approximately 4:00 PM Friday. Other camping arrival times will be communicated as the festival approaches. Friday is not a public festival day. Quiet hours will be enforced in camping areas.
Come hungry. RanchFire is building a diverse food lineup so guests have choices throughout the weekend. Current participating vendors include offerings such as:
Vendor menus and availability may vary throughout the weekend.
RanchFire Festival is a 21+ event, and we are developing a professionally operated festival alcohol garden. Final alcohol service details, brands, operating partner, purchasing procedures, and policies will be announced as they are finalized. Guests should expect ID verification and responsible alcohol-service procedures. Outside alcohol will be subject to RanchFire camping and festival-area policies.
RanchFire will feature merchandise and western lifestyle vendors throughout the festival.
Expect a mix of:
Artist merchandise will also be available from participating performers.
Official RanchFire Festival merchandise will be available before and during the event. Watch our website and social channels for merchandise releases and preorder opportunities.
RanchFire is happening on an actual ranch. Dress country. Dress western. Dress comfortable. Boots are encouraged. December weather in Central Florida can change considerably between afternoon and evening, so layers are a good idea. Remember that portions of the property are grass, dirt, and natural ranch terrain. This is not the place for shoes you’re afraid to get dirty.
We recommend bringing:
Camping guests should bring everything necessary for their campsite and overnight stay.
A complete prohibited-items policy will be published before the festival. Guests should expect restrictions concerning weapons, illegal drugs, unauthorized alcohol, dangerous objects, fireworks, drones, professional recording equipment, and anything festival management determines could create a safety issue. All guests and belongings may be subject to reasonable security screening.
Personal photography is welcome unless otherwise directed. Professional photography, commercial recording, livestreaming, or recording of artist performances may be restricted. Several performing artists have contractual restrictions regarding video and audio recording. Please respect all posted instructions and directions from RanchFire staff.
Food, merchandise, and other vendors may independently accept cash, credit cards, mobile payment, or a combination. We recommend bringing more than one payment option. Festival connectivity is being designed to support ticketing and vendor transactions, but RanchFire takes place on rural property and cellular service can vary.
RanchFire is an outdoor ranch festival. Programming is generally rain or shine, subject to safety conditions. Weather can affect schedules, parking, camping, performances, or other operations.
Safety decisions made by RanchFire management, production personnel, law enforcement, fire officials, or emergency personnel will take priority.
Guest, artist, vendor, and staff safety is one of our highest priorities.
RanchFire planning includes:
Guests must follow instructions from RanchFire staff and emergency personnel.
RanchFire includes a curated food and merchandise marketplace. Vendor space is limited because we want participating businesses to have a genuine opportunity to succeed rather than overcrowding the property with competing vendors. Interested vendors can contact: pchaples@gmail.com
Include your business name, products or menu, setup dimensions, photographs, power requirements, and social media or website information.
RanchFire is being built with local, regional, and industry partners who believe in live music, agriculture, ranch culture, local businesses, and Central Florida. Sponsorship opportunities may include:

RanchFire is about more than putting artists on a stage. It is about bringing people onto the land.
It is about country music under the oak trees, boots in the grass, food cooking nearby, campers settling in for the weekend, artists connecting with fans, and people experiencing a piece of the ranch lifestyle.
RanchFire was created by Two Worlds Ranch as another way to share what we are building here — agriculture, entertainment, hospitality, community, and a legacy tied to the land. We want RanchFire to become one of those weekends people put on their calendar every year. Not because it feels like every other festival. Because it doesn't.
