• Founders/VIP ticket holders may begin campground load-in at 4:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2026
• All other registered campers may begin load-in at 8:00 AM on Saturday, December 5, 2026
• Vehicles may enter the tent camping area only long enough to unload camping equipment
• No vehicles may remain parked beside or within the tent camping area
• After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to the designated general parking area
• A valid parking pass is required for the general parking area
• All campers must be registered to the campsite before arrival
• Additional tents, vehicles, and unregistered guests are not permitted
• Campers must follow all campground rules, quiet hours, posted signs, and staff directions
• Tent camping is limited and available only while sites remain
• 21+ only

• Includes one designated RV camping site for the RanchFire Festival weekend
• Accommodates one motorhome, travel trailer, fifth wheel, pop-up camper, or camper van
• Maximum RV or camper length: 40 feet, measured from the front hitch or bumper to the rearmost point
• Slide-outs and awnings must remain within the assigned campsite boundaries
• Maximum of 6 registered campers per RV site
• Every camper must have a valid RanchFire Festival admission ticket
• RV camping does not include festival admission
• Founders/VIP ticket holders may begin campground load-in at 4:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2026
• All other registered RV campers may begin load-in at 8:00 AM on Saturday, December 5, 2026
• RV camping is dry camping only
• No electrical, water, or sewer hookups are provided
• Generator use must follow campground rules and designated quiet hours
• Travel-trailer and fifth-wheel tow vehicles may enter for setup but must be moved to the designated general parking area after the RV is placed
• A separate general parking pass is required for any tow vehicle moved to general parking
• No additional vehicles may remain at the RV campsite
• All RVs, campers, vehicles, and guests must be registered before arrival
• Oversized RVs or campers exceeding 40 feet will not be admitted without prior written approval from RanchFire Festival management
• Campers must follow all campground rules, safety requirements, posted signs, and staff directions
• RV camping is limited and available only while sites remain
• 21+ only

• One designated general parking space for one passenger vehicle
• Available as a single-day pass or a weekend parking pass
• Single-day parking is valid only for the date selected at purchase
• Weekend parking is valid for both Saturday and Sunday
• Parking staff will direct vehicles to the appropriate designated parking area
• Parking pass must be displayed or presented as instructed
• A valid RanchFire Festival admission ticket is required
• Parking does not include festival admission
• Parking does not include overnight vehicle storage
• Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and campers are not permitted in general parking
• No parking is allowed along the side of the road
• Vehicles parked outside designated areas may be towed at the owner’s expense
• Parking is limited and advance purchase is strongly recommended
• Day-of parking may be available at a higher rate, subject to space
